Very common to be deep playing live games. Standard buy in being 200bb. This came up and I wasn’t sure and just folded preflop(which I think is a mistake; partly folded just because I knew it was a high variance spot/was towards end of session... obv not great reasons if I’m trying to maximize my winrate)

Bb is an unknown but think might be a thinking ish player.

I think heads up this is a fine pass/fold from these positions and being deep like this. But with the cold caller, I think I gotta be squeezing here because his range is likely to be so wide/dominated by weaker hands.

When we are deep, I’m guessing offsuit hands diminish in value(against good players) as flopping a pair isn’t as much of a lock as it is when you are shallower. AQ isnt getting 3 streets w top pair at 200bb. What does this mean for our range in general? How do we find enough bluffs to maintain a high aggression frequency when these types of hands are no longer very attractive. Do we just have to polarize and draw more hands from the Axs region, and maybe suited connectors? It’s strange to be using these hands oop to me.
