I'm currently working with PIO to study cbet spots BTN vs BB, and whether to use 33% range cbet strategy on flops or not. They're clear flops such as Q62r where EV loss is near 0 where it's an easy strategy to implement, whereas AQ7sss we lose 2.5% of the pot using a 33% cbet strategy. To me I just see these numbers as they are, numbers, and can't seem to come up a valid reasoning at which a % loss at which a strategy is no longer viable.

This is really an unanswerable question, but how do we know EV lost is no longer justification for the simplification of a strategy?
