Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with 4 4
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, SB raises to $0.50, BB folds, Hero calls $0.38
Flop ($1.05) 9 8 Q
SB bets $0.56, Hero raises to $1.63, SB calls $1.07
Turn ($4.31) 9 8 Q 7
SB checks, Hero bets $3.05, SB calls $3.05
River ($10.41) 9 8 Q 7 8
SB checks, Hero bets $9.36 and is all in, SB calls $6.02 and is all in
Final Pot BN lost and shows two pair, Eights and Fours.
SB wins and shows two pair, Queens and Eights.
SB wins $21.52
Rake is $0.93

I obviously thought that I can raise/barrel him off execept anything very close to the nuts. What range should I really take this line with. And what hands should he call down all the way?
