A Couple Simple Live 1/3NL spots+Theory Question

Hey guys and girls,

I'm a little rusty at live nl after playing a ton of online PLO so forgive me if some of these are obvious/boring.

All hands are 10 handed.

1)  Eff stacks between 150-400.  6$ BTN straddle. SB folds, BB calls(cover), Fish limp MP(200) Fish limp MP (cover), I HIJ (400) QsTc 30, CO folds, BTN (300) calls, 3 calls.

Flop Jd9h9d(150)

3 checks to me, I?

Pre is definitely on the loose side, but the table had been limp/folding a ton, and I had direct position on the 3rd limper who was a whale.  I thought it was highly likely either a) everyone folds and I win the dead 10bb, or b) the fish call and I play a hu/3 way pot vs them.  Both of those situations seemed higher EV to me than limping behind and going 6+ way, or open folding.  Also, when your playing 20 hands/hour, seeing QTo in this spot is like a gift from the poker gods. :)

Flop:  Basically, 5 way should I be focusing more on denying equity or realizing my own?  From a GT sense, realizing our own is always better than denying our opponents, but I'd like to play as exploitative as possible.  I assume my hand is too weak to x/ca with, so my options are b/do math or x/f, expecting it to check around frequently.  Merits to betting are we can get a lot of better to fold, deny our opponents some equity, and play turns fairly well vs their fairly defined ranges.

However, we can also make the argument that most of the better hands that fold flop will also be folding to a delayed c-bet from us on the turn.  Additionally, I wouldn't expect a bet of 60-150 with ATC to be auto profiting 5 way, though with my equity I think I'm making some money.  Whether that's more than x/f, I'm not sure.  I'm fairly torn with this decision, but I think I'm leaning more towards a bet, as this hand is towards the top of my x/f range, and retains good equity when called(similar to betting T9 on 862)

2)  UTG (220) limp, utg+1 (200) limp, SB complete, I check BB Js5h

Fl Jc6s5c(12)

SB ch I ch, UTG ch UTG 1 7, SB calls, I 25, UTG fold, UTG 1 call, SB fold

Tu 8c( 62)

I 40, ca

Riv Ts(142)

I?(130 eff)

Basically, I can't rep bluffs, and villain's range is decently strong.  I'm tempted to either x/f or b/f like 45 and try to get value from JX+c/56 and not feel too bad if I get jammed on.  People just over fold far to much in these games to size much larger and 20 something white kids who are short on money don't bluff jam here.

3)

My final question is more of a theoretical based question.  When constructing our flop ranges as the PFR, what types of bluffs work best in our bet flop/shut down range?  How should position be factoring into this?

IIRC from Janda, if we're betting a perfectly polarized range across 3 streets, and potting river, our vb:bluff ratio on F,T,R are something like 1:4, 1:1, 2:1  I feel like I'm getting to the turn and river with too much air, so I'm looking for some good examples of air combos to bet one and effectively shut down, or good delay c-bet candidates.  (My bet flop, x back turn range is weighted too strongly towards marginal made and not enough air).  Sorry for such a generalized question.  If you can just point me in the right direction, I don't mind doing some thinking on my own.
