5/10 Live - Should I turn 99 into a bluff here?
Villain is a very loose reg-fish. Super loose preflop/live-reg fishy postflop. She will limp/call stuff down to like K8o and all of her suited junky hands
Hero has 9c 9h in CO
Villain limps from UTG ($1.6k eff), Drunk fish ($300 eff) limps from HJ, Hero raises to $55, BB loose/reg-fish calls ($1.6k eff), UTG calls, HJ calls.
Flop ($225): Q2cc4x checks through
Turn ($225): Jccc UTG leads $100, Hero calls
River ($425) Ax UTG checks, Hero checks
Pre and flop I felt were ok - Turn I decided to call because I am going to improve on 24% of turns, I may be best sometimes right now, and I think she's mostly betting with Qx and Jx + only some of her strong draws so I felt my equity was good enough? When I put it through Flopzilla, it was about break-even/slightly losing.
When we get to the river, should we just bluff it? I think 99 is pretty low in my range and I can represent KT, AK, and JJ while she cannot have those.
Also, another question: I check hands like Q9s and QTs often in this spot HU or 3way to protect my range/use as a bluff catcher since I can't get 3 streets of value... but in a 4 or 5way pot should I just be betting flop/checking later because I need more protection with so many other players in? Like what should we be doing with something like Q9s with no BDFD and Q9s with a BDFD on this board?
