50NL zone pay off wizard?

Is this just a terrible river spew or what? It didn't feel bad in game but now after reviewing it I don't know what the villian bets the turn with here in a 3-bet pot and jams river that we beat. Maybe Ak or AQ with the Ad but that's all I can think of. Am I wrong or is this terrible?
