50nl - Turning hand into a bluff vs reg

SB: $98.31
BB: $68.40
UTG: $64.37 (Hero)
HJ: $44.10
CO: $51.98
BN: $10.62
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 9
Hero raises to $1.50, HJ calls $1.50, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, BB raises to $6, Hero calls $4.50, HJ calls $4.50
Fish is in HJ big one at that
The BB is a reg 28/22 3b 10% and sqz of 22% over 400 hands

Ino pre is pretty marginal but as we abit deeper and fish is in the pot i expect to get a good amount of value from him and the reg to play more face up vs me
Flop ($18.75) 6 6 T (3 Players)
BB bets $11, Hero calls $11, HJ folds
Pretty good flop for us obvs, when I peeled i also thought that as we had a fish in the pot he has to give me credit for a pretty strong continuing range as I would probably not float overs maybe some low PP's etc with the fish in the pot
Turn ($40.75) 6 6 T 2 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $15.50, BB calls $15.50
Time to start telling the story - I figured he would x/f most of the time to a bet here so protecting vs AK etc
River ($71.75) 6 6 T 2 7 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $31.87, and is all in
He tank x/c'd the turn so i was almost certain his range was like Tx/JJ which when i shove OTR here shouldn't really beat anything - i figured he would presume I would x/b 88-99, my Tx or JJ.

And bet QQ+ for value and shouldn't have many bluffs as nothing missed and as i said on the flop i would not be floating too often here with overs so he shouldnt really beat anything im betting?

Right? :s
