50NL - nut flush on paired board facing river raise

BB: Mushmellow: $59.95
SB: wildersachin2: $183.26
I'm up several buy ins against this player as this is not the first time we've played together. The last time I played was a while ago but here are the reads I had when I played him 25NL a while back.

fit or fold
cr middle pair?!?!
open shove 82 30bb deep
bet turn bet river is value

He is a weak player and sometimes his thought processes can be strange/unexpected. This makes me believe sometimes he is doing things like 1. Not raising two pair on drawy boards to get the money in and 2. Slowingplaying sets on wet flops.. but I'm not quite sure with what frequency he is playing his strong hands strange.
Preflop ($0.75) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt 3 A
wildersachin2 raises to $1.25, Mushmellow calls $1
I call suited Aces OOP.
Flop ($3.00) 8 Q J (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, wildersachin2 checks
Going for a check raise here, but it gets checked through.
Turn ($3.00) 8 Q J 5 (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, wildersachin2 bets $1.42, Mushmellow raises to $5.50, wildersachin2 calls $4.08
Villain leads half pot and I raise it up. He insta calls.
River ($14.00) 8 Q J 5 5 (2 Players)
Mushmellow bets $12, wildersachin2 raises to $28
With the nutflush here, we should ship the last $25 bucks in after he raises right? Even though the board is paired I feel like he will bet all his sets on the flop, and the hands that he would check back on the flop (J5 and 85) would at least consider raising the turn with two pair and not just insta call. The instant call makes me feel like he has a draw or made hand and doesn't consider raising but is definitely not folding. On the other hand, this is a weaker player and he sometimes is prone to slow play big hands and might not 4 bet his strong hands on the turn vs my CR because he tries to get fancy.

Because villain has so many smaller flushes in his river raising range, I feel like there's almost certainly value in a jam here. What do you guys think?

Thanks!
