50NL: Getting donked into on A high flop

BN: $33.76
SB: $42.53
BB: $67.91 (Hero)
UTG: $48.03
HJ: $42.14
CO: $218.07
only 7 hands on this guy, but given his stack size prolly a weaker player
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K
UTG raises to $1.50, HJ folds, CO calls $1.50, BN calls $1.50, SB calls $1.25, Hero raises to $9.50, UTG folds, CO folds, BN folds, SB calls $8
Flop ($24.00) A 8 J (2 Players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls $5
Not sure what he's doing here, but versus this small bet a trivial call.
Turn ($34.00) A 8 J J (2 Players)
SB bets $14
At this point my range is pretty strong and he's still betting this turn. He has $14 left. I don't think we can call this and fold rivers, since we cannot expect him to stop betting the river with so few behind.

So what's our plan?
fold turn?
call turn, call river?
