Villain has single-digit 3bet stats IP/OOP for all positions besides BBvBTN open. BTN here is 50% VPIP so i don't know if BB is doing this to pick up the pot as long as i fold OR just has strict value due to BTN. BB squeeze 4bet stats are zero over 500 hands - so technically if i 4bet and faced with a shove its KK+ AK - only because of squeeze situation? But then my 4bet has to be a minclick re-raise.

So if i give a value range of AA/AK/KK/AcJc - maybe thats 22 combos. How many bluffs do i need villain to have in order to continue here? What about facing a turn barrel?

These squeeze situations are complex because i'm not sure whether he may elect to be more for value because of the BTN calling often OR if he thinks i fold everyone else will fold. Villain's 3bet stats aren't overly-aggressive.
