I am trying to build a framework for contracting ranges

Here is one hand I played. HJ raises, I call from the BB w KJs. Flop comes AK9r. 

Here the flop hits both hero and villain hard. From Odds Oracle hero actually connects with the board relatively better than villain.

To continue vs villains cbet we need to def around 5-60% depending on bet size also taking into consideration we are OOP for the rest of the hand. 

If we cont with. pair+,gs+ we are only continuing ~45%, if we add in TT-QQ we continue around 64%. 

Now, since we didi't 3b pre and villain knows we don't have AA,KK in our range we should defend by calling right? or at 100bb deep it really doesn't matter?

When we call flop and turn brings a FD and villain barrels again. I find it hard to continue with the range that we called on the flop since we are def so aggressively. So am I taking the wrong approach or what
