Hero almost certainly has a TAG image. BTN's PFR is about 10 in less than 100 hands but their VPIP is above 35. Low aggression and WTSD%.

Seems standard to me so far. KQs is firmly in my 3bet "bluff" range.

I'm just feeling like I don't want to value-cut against potential AQ (or QJ or worse), and worse hands can't call super easily. I don't think I need a ton of protection, though T9 is possible for villain. (But against T9 I just don't think I want the pot getting bigger. I'll have a really hard time getting away from a K OTT/R and T9 just isn't folding this flop unless I bet bigger than I think is merited for my range versus theirs.)

I just don't think this card changes very much in terms of inching me towards a bet. If anything, this is a good card for their range: outside of my AJs and JJ (the latter I'm almost certainly checking a lot anyway, being too far ahead), they have a lot more Jx, I think.
But folding, especially for the price, doesn't seem sensible. BTN, even with their low aggression, can just be betting very wide here and we're too high in our range to fold.

I think this sizing is a mistake, but I'm not sure. Obviously, 88-TT probably need to call, as well as some Ax?
NLHE isn't my primary game (I just play some NLH for rakeback/bonus on the new StarsPA while waiting for more PLO tables), so I'm not super sure how I might balance on this river... which I guess is why I bet so small: I just don't have enough bluffs?
As I said, NLHE isn' t my primary game but it seems like the NL100 pool on StarsPA is pretty weak, so I do play it some.
But feedback on any street is quite welcome, as NLHE (especially WRT sizing) isn't my main expertise.
