3bp: NFD facing lead

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $8.81 (Hero)
SB: $5.06
BB: $5.00
UTG: $2.62
MP: $6.17
CO: $17.58
villain unknown, tried to look him up but was hidden from search
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BN with A 5
2 folds, CO raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.48, 2 folds, CO calls $0.33
Flop ($1.03) 2 J 9
CO bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50
Turn ($2.03) 2 J 9 3
CO bets $0.95

Am I better off raising anywhere along the lines? Even though his leads don't look very strong I'm a little worried about not having much FE. OTOH I doubt I can get him off of his value range on rivers unimproved and my implied odds on diamonds will be very low. So I could see putting pressure on his weakish lead by either jamming turn or raising flop and jamming most turns being the better alternative. I'll probably be called reasonably often but I need very little FE for it to be +ev.
