I took the simple route on the flop and shove over his cbet, I know this is +EV as I did the math vs his calling range. However, is there a +++EV play that I can make here?
I was thinking on smaller raise on the flop and call so worst FD can shove. Any ideas?
What if called on the flop raise, shove any turn? (not a ten of course)
