What about this sizing? Maybe its better to bet half pot here, and if he is not raising, we overbet river because then he is capped?

Villian didnt raise Flop or Turn, so is probably capped and has a medium hand. Good thing is I can rep strong hands. With overbet I think villian is folding his low Ax, and possibly his A6 A7 T7 76.
