[25NLZ] 2 streets of value against a fish

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) BN: $12.41
SB: $50.25
BB: $32.77 (Hero)
UTG: $10.54
MP: $45.62
CO: $28.30
Hi guys, villain is a fish.
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with A A
3 folds, BN calls $0.25, SB folds, Hero raises to $1.20, BN calls $0.95
Flop ($2.50) T T 6
Hero bets $1.57, BN calls $1.57
from the flop, I assume I will only have 2 streets of value given the board, or 3 streets with a small block bet a the end.
Turn ($5.64) T T 6 7
Hero bets $3.90, BN calls $3.90
Would you rather B check bet or Bet bet block?
River ($13.44) T T 6 7 J
Hero checks, BN bets $4.75, Hero folds
Villain has 38%psb left, so should we shove here? For some reason, I decided to check the river. In game, I had a poor thought process and decided to fold. Afterwards, I think we're pretty committed, soshoving might be better than check calling... but at the same time, will villain shove his 67 here? I'm pretty lost :/
Final Pot BN wins $12.77
Rake is $0.67
