I go for the flop CR because the 1/2 cbet seems a bit fishy/weak. Not thrilled about getting 3-bet though.

OTT I think I should either just jam (he only has $12 behind in a $17 pot) or check/fold. The problem is I don't think he ever 3-bets this flop and folds to a turn jam meaning my hand goes in with bad equity every time. Still, I picked up some more equity with the gutshot and if anything ever folds it's a huge win for my 5-high?

Thoughts?
