25nl set vs turn shove on 4straight board

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (8 Players) CO: $28.36
BN: $28.40
SB: $25.10
BB: $25.00 (Hero)
UTG: $31.95
UTG+1: $25.00
MP: $27.29
MP+1: $25.25
27/15 (53)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with J J
4 folds, CO raises to $0.75, BN folds, SB calls $0.65, Hero raises to $3.50, CO calls $2.75, SB folds
Flop ($7.75) T Q J
Hero bets $3.70, CO calls $3.70
Not a board where I would like to do a range bet.. Therefore I think I could go even bigger.. checking AA, maybe even KK, AJ
Turn ($15.15) T Q J 9
Hero checks, CO bets $21.16 and is all in, Hero
17.8$ left. After flop bet I usually have TT-QQ and AK. However, betting TT-QQ seems silly to me. So it seems we should check some AK, right?
Are you calling up to 1/2 bet with a set? I mean we have 10outs + maybe 4 outs of split
