So when i'm constructing my preflop value range invariably i have to include AK/QQ to get a sufficient number of combos, but then in EP/MP i'm slamming these hands into KK+ all day. And the GTO assumes the 3bettor will have a 5bet bluff range but at 25NL players are 3bet happy but rarely shove light over the 4bet. They elect to 3bet call AK/JJ/TT sometimes QQ/KK.

But then i need to be 4betting AK/QQ for value and folding to the shove, right? its like i'm value betting QQ for protection and for when they call with worse and AK as blockers and getting a postflop fold when i cbet. 

i'm trying to punish the light 3betting but the value portion of my 4bet range is crushed the moment villain is all in.
