Pre-flop bet sizing is a bit messed up due to HH converter not recognizing FTP Rush but it was a $0.75 open.

I'd normally fold pre-flop here but all players behind me were passive/bad/deepish. 

Flop is pretty standard bet IP with great equity.

OTT I think villain's hand range is 66-TT, Jx, and worse FD's. Plus the 22/55 set that's slow playing.

I decided to bet to try and get 66-TT to fold and also value from worse FD's other than JXss. I think a J rarely folds but is also rarely in his range and I only really risk getting CR'ed by 22/55 which I can comfortably call.

River bricks but I consider betting since the 4-straight might scare some Jx into folding now and I can also get 76ss to fold. I don't see many 4's in villain's range but I think in this spot he puts me on the busted spades quite often and hero calls me anyway.

A) OTT replace A3ss with red 66. Bet or check?

B) What is the worse hand you bet for value on this river after betting the turn?
