Hi Guys, was a little stuck with this hand and not sure if i should call river.

Vs TAG reg playing 21/14/8 over 750 hands.
9% 3b in bb
cbet in 3bet pots 64/75/67 (small sample on turn and river)

I opted to flat flop but I think raising is fine also to balance when I have sets, 2pr etc.
I felt a call was the only option. I have tpgk and oesd.
A turn jam would get all worse hands to fold and the only better hand that might fold would be ak which wont always fold and I block the k.

Very unsure on this river.
I have tpgk, I don't block any club draws, I am getting 3/1 and I block the straight.

However I block aj and jj which are bluffs for villain on this river.
Villain should have polarised 3b range bb vs btn 2.4x open and there are not many bluffs possible for that range on this board. (axcc, aj, jj, aq). Villain will have sets and 2pr and ak here a lot.

So can I call river?
