Get a pretty good flop and decide to check raise. Similar flop to this hand I posted earlier.

Once villain calls I have to figure out the best way to play this turn. I figure that the A is a good "scare card" and decide to bet big and commit myself to the hand. I figured that I might be able to fold hands that have good equity against me like hands that paired on the flop or maybe have a pair and a gut shot?
What do you guys think about my line here? What could be done differently to play this better? Is my sizing correct?
Thanks!
