25nl | JTs - hero fold or pretty std?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (6 Players) UTG: $26.63
MP: $32.83
CO: $14.82
BN: $25.00
SB: $31.94 (Hero)
BB: $27.95
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with J T
UTG raises to $0.80, MP calls $0.80, CO calls $0.80, BN folds, Hero calls $0.70, BB folds
Pretty std.
Flop ($3.45) 9 9 8
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP bets $1.80, CO folds, Hero calls $1.80, UTG calls $1.80
I didn't see much of a point in raising, so I just flat.
Turn ($8.85) 9 9 8 7
Hero bets $5.75, UTG calls $5.75, MP folds
I'm really not sure here, so I'd appreciate some feedback.

I hit my gin card, but at the same time, it's pretty scary for Villains' ranges. They are also pretty strong and PP/strong BRDW heavy, so I don't want them to get a free card with their overpairs/stuff like AK-AJcc/9x.

On the other hand, my play is so damn transparent here that I think they can exploitively fold their overpairs (which probably still go for thin value, given it's 25nl), and most 9x still bets + there are some boats in his range as well, so it's not like I'm invincible on this board.
River ($20.35) 9 9 8 7 J
Hero checks, UTG bets $18.28 and is all in, Hero folds
Terrible card, which I felt I should be folding on. He's just gonna take a showdown a ton here, so it's basically a flush/boat imo (he also snap shoved this R after I just lost a big pot to him on another table (in the middle of this hand), which made me think he always has the nuts and wants me to tilt-call just because 'he can't always have it', so I made a disciplined fold.
