25NL - JJ facing 3 barrel in mini-4 bet pot semi-deep

SB: chris440: $32.71
BB: Mushmellow: $63.51
I had some hands on villain playing 2NL (played this stake when ACR gave me a free $5 in my account before I made my first deposit). Villain seems to be taking some sort of big shot at the "high stakes." Not quite sure what to make of that, but maybe he is going to feel more pressure in game than me.
Preflop ($0.35) (2 Players)
Mushmellow was dealt J J
chris440 raises to $0.40, Mushmellow raises to $1.50, chris440 raises to $2.75, Mushmellow calls $1.50
I 3 bet to $1.75 and villain does a very small 4 bet. I haven't seen him make this play before so I'm not quite sure what it means. Seems like he would just call with his medium strength hands so I think this means he has either a very strong hand and he wants to sucker me into calling or he has some sort of garbage and trying to make a cheap bluff.
Flop ($6.50) 5 5 T (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, chris440 bets $3.75, Mushmellow calls $3.75
I check to him and call. I figure a lot of time I have the best hand in this spot as the only thing that beats me are AA, KK, QQ, TT, or a random 5 but I don't think he has a 5 a lot here.
Turn ($14.00) 5 5 T K (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, chris440 bets $7.50, Mushmellow calls $7.50
K clubs rolls off bring in a BDFD and obviously a textbook "scare card". He bets half pot and I opt to call planning to evaluate on the river. Do you guys ever fold in this spot?
River ($29.00) 5 5 T K 9 (2 Players)
Mushmellow checks, chris440 raises to $18.21, and is all in
River is interesting. J10 gets there and clubs miss. Villain takes a really long time before making his decision. Then he ships it. I'm getting 28% on the call. I feel like for all his strong hands he isn't really going to have to wait that long before making his decision. I feel he honestly is trying to figure out what types of hands I have that call two streets and is debating whether or not he has any fold equity (in the past I have given off the same timing tell, as I try to put together whether or not I have any fold equity OTR when going for a 3 barrel in a 3 bet pot, I should think about what cards I will shove on in advance in the future though so I don't give away any info). Either that or he is just hollywooding a strong hand and I am crushed.

I am good 28% of the time vs. villains range to make this call?

Thanks!
