Versus such a high squeeze but with no preflop history/dynamics. Is both 4betting and calling both viable options? The fact that the BTN calls behind, does that mean i should opt to 4bet?

I'm ahead of all his bluffs, besides maybe A3/A2 and some FDs, i still have the BTN behind me

BB checks,
Hero bets $4,
BB calls $4
I felt like at this point i'm ahead and presumed he would barrel his flush draws. I may a small protection bet versus his random hands, i can bet Kx like this

BB checks,
Hero bets $13, and is all in,
BB calls $13
I was hoping to fold out any 3x/2x and low pocket pairs he used to squeeze versus flatting pre?
