[25NL, 9max] Rivered a bluffcatcher... Now call?

Hand #1
Poker Stars $25.00 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players - http://www.handconverter.com/hands/2692364
The DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

SB: $10.60 - VPIP: 22, PFR: 7, 3B: 0, AF: 5,0, Hands: 27
Hero (BB): $26.52 - VPIP: 16, PFR: 13, 3B: 6, AF: 3,8, Hands: 298187
UTG: $26.86 - VPIP: 15, PFR: 13, 3B: 4, AF: 2,1, Hands: 818
MP: $11.17 - VPIP: 13, PFR: 10, 3B: 5, AF: 3,5, Hands: 354
CO: $26.59 - VPIP: 16, PFR: 14, 3B: 8, AF: 4,2, Hands: 65433
BTN: $33.45 - VPIP: 15, PFR: 11, 3B: 4, AF: 2,2, Hands: 2052

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BB with 9d Td
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.62, SB calls $0.52, Hero calls $0.37

Flop: ($1.86) 6s Kd 3d (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($1.86) 2h (3 players)
SB bets $1.25, Hero calls $1.25, BTN folds

River: ($4.36) Ts (2 players)
SB bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50

My plan on calling the turn was to fold to a second bet if I missed and bet if checked to. Now he's firing a bigger bet than OTT and I have one of the tens he indicates he's being helped with. It would be kind of weird to fire a bigger bet with a king that hasn't improved. KT certainly is an option, but less combinations are possible. Is this guy (who looks a little fishy) doing this with enough busted draws to make the call?
