he only opens 24% in the button so I think i am crushed by his 4bet range which is why i dont get all in preflop.

I should have flatted turn but i just thought he would check back river with his worse hands too much and i would be in a tough bluff catching spot if he shoves.
my real question is:
if i call turn and he shoves river what do we do?
it looks like it would be an extremely tough spot as he only reps KK+ or a chop and he doesn't turn anything worse into a bluff i wouldn't think.
