2/5 live btm set vs wsop bracelet holder vs fish

Fish's range is all 52 cards, he is running better than G_D this session, I 3bet on the BTN and he called with 64r from SB flopped 2 pair on a Q64 board donked in to 2 players, he playes 100% of his hands, floats with any 2 any texture.
Bracelet holder is a very good profitable player, agro, very good hand reading skills.
And we were both very annoyed with how the fish was running and how many pots he was taking down based on luck.

I have seen him 3bet SC- Axs IP to iso vs weaker players
