I called mainly because the SB was a weaker plr - same reason for calling a SQZ. I'm IP, with great implied odds, likely facing a tight range (SQZ into 3 ppl with an UTG among them). It would be really nice when we get a 3way.

Yup, one of those no-equity bluffs on my part. I just didn't see him hitting this board all that often (I don't suppose he's likely to SQZ 77/99-TT/T9s and this board absolutely smashes my C3 range, so I thought I would play the board. I also don't expect him to get creative and try to induce something on a board this wet, so I went for a raise/fold.
