[20NL] When should we shut this bluff down

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) CO: $23.10
BN: $27.35
SB: $23.91
BB: $20.00 (Hero)
UTG: $46.15
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is BB with K Q
UTG calls $0.20, CO folds, BN calls $0.20, SB calls $0.10, Hero raises to $1.60, UTG calls $1.40, BN folds, SB folds
Villains are unknown, soft table
Flop ($3.60) 4 7 5
Hero bets $1.50, UTG calls $1.50
I'm not even sure about this cbet, as I may have a strong rnage but this board hits his range harder than mine. However I think I can barrel many turns such as Jx or Tx+ cards and Spades to generate a good amount of FE.
Turn ($6.60) 4 7 5 J
Hero bets $3.90, UTG calls $3.90
Decided to follow my plan, I have very good blockers on KsJx type hands, flush draws etc.
River ($14.40) 4 7 5 J 2
Hero bets $13.00 and is all in, UTG calls $13.00
Having Ks is pretty breakeven here IMO as I also block KJo, QJo etc. However I feel like we have a very poor amount of fold equity against a limper. Basically I struggle to find give ups in this spot, but my thinking process might be bad: OTT I want to make a 5x, 4x fold, and OTR I only have the opportunity to make him fold flush draws that I block, a big amount of pair+ draw type hands that I unblock and some 7x. So what should I do here? :D
Final Pot UTG wins $38.08
Rake is $2.32
