Hey guys. two spots that I run into quite frequently and Im torn between the lines i can take. what line is potentially more +EV?

first spot. We have AQo in the SB. BTN opens and we 3bet pot. BTN calls. the flop comes 399r. are we continuing, x/calling or x/folding? if we are c-betting, what do we do on the different turn cards?

second spot. We have AQo on the BTN. HJ raises, we flat and BB comes along. the flop is KJ4r and it checks around to us. are we betting or checking?
