1/3 live hand 650 bb deep
Hello :D. I'm not sure how interesting this hand is, but I guess I'm wondering if there are better lines hero should take, or other considerations, I'll try not to be too verbose.
1/3 game, been going all night, we're 10 hours in and dropped from 10 handed to 6.
Villain is 5/10 online heads up player before Black Friday, seems solid, no huge leaks. He's got a hero call button, but haven't seen him do much hero raise type stuff.
Hero looks super nitty 9-10 handed, but villain has seen that hero can get creative with draws, back door draws and made hands. Villain should view hero as thinking reg with some small leaks probably.
1/3 nl, effective 1900-1950 stacks
PRE:
villain opens to $12 in the HJ, folds to hero in the big blind, hero has TT, hero calls. Villain hasn't been getting out of line pre, has good ranges, folds to 3 bets with his worse hands, defends well, plays well, no real value in 3 betting this hand imo.
FLOP:
Kh Th 4x Villain cbets 15 (into 23 (25-$2 rake), hero ck/r to 45 (hero could ck/r bigger but this is a pretty standard size for me with my whole ck/r range on this texture), villain calls(villain range is likely combo draws, sets, top two, AA, I could see QQ JJ here as well sometimes, but giving up on turn. Only 4 in villains range is 44 and A4hh)
TURN:
4x, hero bets 50 into 90 and villain raises to 150 (not sure if villain would do this with combo draws like AQhh QJhh J9hh or not, def can have all the sets and top two, as well as A4hh, AA still as well)
hero calls
river Ah, hero checks, villain bets $320, hero.... (hero has $1700ish back)
The Ah takes out a lot of combo draws and to me leaves a value heavy range intact. I'm not convinced AK would bet this size for value ever, KT is out, not sure straights bet this big, I'm having a hard time constructing enough hands to make a call break even/profitable. Seems like my hand is a bluff catcher, but this would be an absurd spot to show up with anything less than a boat. Anyone like a hero fold here? Or just groan, call? The turn raise is a bit scary, and the Ah removing the nutted combo draws really sucks on the river.... Halp me be goot at poker.
