Would appreciate your insight on this spot:

1/2 live (soft table, mainly loose passive players)
100BB effective
Hero is in MP, 2 limps before Hero isolates with 8s9s to 7BB. Button 3-bets small (16BB), limpers fold, Hero calls (9BB) into pot of 26BB
Flop is 3h6h7d. Opponent in the button has been playing very aggressive, bluff heavy.
Button bets (20BB), Hero raises (45BB), Button shoves for reamining ~30BB, Hero calls.
Button shows AcKs, Hero shows 8s9s.

Is there anything that could have been done different here? I assume raising pre was very light on my part. I also considered raise-shoving on the flop but assumed that a small raise would give me more fold equity as it looks more like flopped sets/combo draws.
