10NL - KK 4bet Pot OOP

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $12.01
BB: $8.68
UTG: $13.17 (Hero)
MP: $10.15
CO: $6.84
BN: $16.83
CO is 39/22 (36 hands)
BTN is 24/17 4% 3bet - fold 0/3 cbet and WTSD 58% (75hands)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to $0.30, MP folds, CO calls $0.30, BN raises to $1.27, 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.60, CO folds, BN calls $1.33
With the fishier player cold calling my raise, and see the reg squeeze is my 4bet size too small here?
Flop ($5.65) 4 T 5
Hero bets $1.78, BN calls $1.78
What about sizing here?
Turn ($9.21) 4 T 5 3
Hero bets $8.79 and is all in, BN calls $8.79
What is the best line to take here? if i check, what sizing do i call with? if villain checks behind, and river bricks, how do i proceed?

I think villain can call the shove with TT, JJ+ with a Spade Axs
