10NL, facing minraise on flop. I just - didn't have a thought process from then forward

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $4.17
BB: $10.25
UTG: $20.28 (Hero)
MP: $13.32
CO: $8.49
BN: $5.90
VIllain is a recreational player 41/7 with low aggression factor
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with Q Q
Hero raises to $0.35, 3 folds, SB calls $0.30, BB folds
Flop ($0.80) T 8 5
SB checks, Hero bets $0.60, SB raises to $1.20, Hero calls $0.60
Turn ($3.20) T 8 5 K
SB checks, Hero checks
River ($3.20) T 8 5 K 6
SB bets $2.62 and is all in, Hero calls $2.62

My concerns.

Flop. I see more semibluffs from recreational players than regs here and I just froze. I shouldve jammed. I'm not going anywhere on most turns.

Turn. Seeing the results, I considered a thin value bet. That's my question - this feels like fancy play.

River. Hero thought a little and called but didnt put villain on a range well.
