10NL 6max - TT on A river, bet/fold, check/call or check/fold?

UTG: $14.82
HJ: $4.17
CO: $10
BN: $18.42
SB: $12.39 (Hero)
BB: $8.65
HJ is 34/20 over 62 hands and CO is 14/7 over 128 hands.
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T T
UTG folds, HJ calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.70, BB folds, HJ folds, CO calls $0.60
I'm raising for value and to try to get the pot heads up. When they both call I'm putting the HJ on small pocket pairs, suited aces and suited connectors and the CO on small pocket pairs 22-88 as I would expect him to raise his bigger pairs and bigger cards.
Flop ($1.65) 6 3 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.02, CO calls $1.02
On this flop I bet for value. When the CO calls I think he could have 33-88.
Turn ($3.69) 6 3 5 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.20, CO calls $2.20
The turn card doesn't change much. If he has a set I'm still way behind and if he has an unimproved pair I'm still way ahead. Am I right to bet this card and probably fold if the CO raises?
River ($8.09) 6 3 5 3 A (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $6.08, and is all in
On the river I have about a 3/4 pot sized bet left - should I bet/fold, bet/call, check/call or check/fold? I don't think he turns his pairs 77-88 in to bluffs, but they might call a smallish bet. And also if he has a strong hand he will come over the top whether I bet small or big, so I think a small bet might work best, or even just a check/fold since his strong range (66,55,33) is far wider than his weaker range (77-88). Have I narrowed down his range too much, though?
