only 40 hands on villain but seems laggy 29/27 AF of 6, looking back I kinda hate my 3bet now I don't even remember why I did it it's not my standard.

I think his value range is very small since I block 77 and 97s, 99 might slowplay and 33 might fold preflop. So maybe slowplayed QQ+ or rare set but apart from that I can't think of much. I feel like if I flat his raise though I will just have to x/f a tonne of turn cards, so I thought I have to jam even though when called I'm in rough shape a lot. What do you guys think?
