I shove for $86 into $51...my range advantage here is huge, so why not?

My first question is about the flop. I understand I have a lot of cards I can barrel but there's a good chance that I have like 10% fold equity on this flop so this feels like burning money. Without having a bdfd, is this a bet otf? Overall, I feel like I give up too many flops but I also feel like I have little fold equity in 3-way pots on these kinds of flops.
