Standard ISO vs a limping fish in CO. BB is a reg playing 22/16/7.6 with 7.5% 3b in BB across 2k hands, so pretty standard tag by the looks of it. I have no notes on him which means i've never seen him do anything i'd consider non-standard.

Good flop. Easy value bet i think.

Bad card for my range, but i still think i have a decent range advantage on this board. He shouldn't have too many 5x, although neither do i. 55 is now less likely and may fold pre, 44 also may fold pre and 99 may 3bet pre.
I think his range is quite a few FD's, some suited 9x, and 44, 55, and 99 (only one combo of 55 and 99, and can slightly discount them i think as may play different pre). Also maybe some 5x of hearts.
I think i prefer a xC on this turn, and instantly regretted betting. Think my plan should be to xC and xC any brick river.
Thoughts?

River is basically a blank. All the flop draws missed, however i now lose to 9Ts (but only one combo, 9Tdd). If i xC the turn i'd definitely xC this river, but i screwed myself a bit by betting the turn i think and now i don't know what is best.
Value bet? xC? xF maybe if i don't expect him to bluff his missed draws? I really don't see much bluffing at 100NL, but at the same time this seems like the perfect bluff catcher.

Help on turn and river play please :)
