... do you take every +chip ev spot in game? And does it depend on structure? reg, turbo hyper, etc...

For example, while playing this turbo, at the 200/400 level, I decided to jam K6o bvb for 17bb eff versus aggressive villain that I believe would jam a lot versus my open limps. Upon review, icmizer says Im making +181 chips with K6o so this is technically +ev... that said it always feels like a punt when called. Should I be passing up these marginal spots making just half a small blind? If so, is there a general rule for how much chip ev you'd like to make on a certain play where your tourney is at risk when called?
