Villain leads for $380. Hero shoves.

No info on Villain. Pot bets are common on this site early in tourney, so this is not an unusual sizing.

Is this shove bad? I felt like this was kind of unbalanced, but would gets calls from way worse. 

Should I have 3bet pre?
