hey guys - looking for advice on the proper course of Study for MTTs. I've been playing em for a couple years and want to move into Mid-Stakes as the next step. I have played at higher levels but did not put in the proper study to remain there for long.

I want to really improve and understand things that will make me a bigger winner going forward. my gameplan for studying generally involves reviewing my hold em manager and posting hands, watching videos/taking notes on them and sweating better players.

I understand there is alot of math involved in some spots too. so my question boils down to...what is the best approach to studying and how many days/hours weekly do the really solid players put into it ? Thanks
