UTG1: 7 players post ante of 0.14: 0
Turn Tc (14.5bb)
So we are late in a typically MTT, before any major ICM implications. When we open UTG we are going to have a tight range. I think that my PFR range is about 20% of hands with antes (would probably be tighter if I was getting 3b more but I feel in the micros we get flatted more than 3b so I add some suited connectors).
So with this range this is some stuff that I plug with flopzilla. Our value/semi bluff part of our range makes up about 36% of hands, ace high hands about as much also.
In theory how much of our air should we be cbetting on these boards? Is this 36% of hands too much to cbet? Should we remove some of the weaker hands? I believe that we should be cbetting bigger on this board texture since we will likely be floated.
On the turn I feel like a lot of our range will still be one pair type hands
What would be our plan on turns? 2-T non clubs do we take a check call line to get value from floats? A nd K seem like great barrel cards for our range again since we will have a good mix of Ax hands and one pair hands in our cbet range.
