villain is basebal1b who was playing pretty aggro 28/24/16 (raise first ep 21%)  and this hand is close to the bubble, something like 15 players left. 

dont know what to do here , i block most of his semi bluffs like JT,J9, spade broadways..  and this line usually means that they want to extract value on a card better for their range than mine ( dont have many Q in my 3bet for value range against utg and he has alot in his defending range) and obviously he dont want me to check back . people could use this line with hands like mine here,  but i block lots of them.
