Please talk to me about optimal lines here. People are going to say I butchered this hand, normally I agree. But IMO he has no bluffs and is pretty crazy to be 3-bet jamming 7x in this situation.

I'm sure some will say he can have 56o but I just don't see it, doesn't he just call IP? considering most players aren't thinking balanced ranges.

I didn't want to call flop raise and 'under rep' my hand and have to call turn and then probably river (if no 7 came). Should I call his raise, call none 7 turns, fold to river bet? I just decided to raise now for value vs an 7, granted thinking about it now, he should just flat a 4 and let me barrel I guess, and most of his 7s, if not all, should fold to this raise. So what is the optimal line?
