We have 18BB with 5 left in the tourney, considerable pay bumps between 4th and 5th as well.
I realize that whatever we do is +EV here, but I'm curious about the best line in this scenario.
Do we want to minimize variance here and openshove for the money in the middle, making people fold equity against us.
Or do we prefer to open and leave the option of getting shoved on for an equity race against a ~30-40% and a chance to double up.
