KQs vs UTG ch/c 2 streets and ch/r River

Blinds: t10/t20 (9 Players) MP: 1,510
UTG+1: 1,490 (Hero)
MP+1: 1,560
MP+2: 1,430
CO: 1,620
BN: 1,470
SB: 3,010
BB: 1,400
UTG: 1,500
Preflop (30) Hero is UTG+1 with K Q
UTG raises to 80, MP folds, Hero calls 80, 6 folds
Flop (190) T 9 5
UTG bets 80, Hero calls 80
Turn (350) T 9 5 5
UTG bets 160, Hero calls 160
River (670) T 9 5 5 7
UTG bets 200, Hero raises to 800, UTG folds
Final Pot UTG+1 wins 1,070

Ok so pre flop range of player is 66+m AJs, AQo

My plan in to ch/c low board and bet Turn if he check.

So Flop I think is not connected with Villan range and he will bet here 100% time

  • I have 2 OC+GS so I call

Turn:
5 doesn't change anything

Herro betting less than 1/2 pot so I think he is weak here. I think he have there 2OC+FD, TT, And I don't think so he will bet here for less then pot with TT+. So my plan is to float one more bet and take pot on the River without spade and of course I have some pot odds. Tell me if I am calculating good: Pot will be 670 and we call 160 so 4:1 it is around 25% so for GS is enough.
So I call.

River coming 7h so this card hit my calling range and closing my possible OESD.
Hero betting hero for 1/3 pot and I think Here he have like AK, or FD QQ+ and only option what I see to win this hand is to raise big to represent Straight, boat. Should I raise bigger on the River?

Guys what you think about this hand? You think opponent on micro limits they will fold QQ+?
