Hi, for some reason I can't post the hand history, but I think it's not really necessary. I'm ITM but still like 10 tables away from the final table, I get KQs with 20BBs UTG:
1) Is minraising or shoving the better play?
2) Unknown SB (13 hands) reshoves with 22BBs, what's the better play here? If I fold, should I even raise pre?
