Final table of 10Euro freeze on .fr

I think I committed ICM harakiri on this hand.

Reads:
melisse38 has been loose spewy(46/57 at ftable 13hands, standard openingx3, flatting w/ shortstack etc. Don't think she has to have a particularly strong range here)
marquesse has made some odd plays since getting to final table, after being tight before we reached the final table he seems to suddenly want to mix it up every hand.(33/18 36hands)
- limpcalled utg vs my mp iso 90bb deep, donked 1/2pot flop and turn Qc92ddKc, chkchk Ar and turned over AJo.
- Min 3bet/called 23bb shove, Btn KJs vs co opener.

Payouts are as follows:
$3,986.02
$2,987.91
$2,168.72
$1,493.96
$1,120.47
$871.47
$622.48

AKo is clearly way ahead of my opponents ranges here, but what is the best way to proceed given the stack disparity? Taking a flip or worse here would seem to be a pretty aweful result.

-3betting seems to be the obvious move, but what if marquesse 4bets me small? what if he jams?
-Reshoving myself for 65bbs seems excessive but maybe the best?
-Overcalling, playing AKo 4way oop deepstacked isn't too appealing but I will have relative position (at least on the flop)

Any thoughts appreciated.
