I think the x OTF 3way is pretty standard given how hard it hits their range and how often we might get raised. OTT I think BU's range is really Top Pair heavy, especially after checking the flop as he would be betting FDs, STDs and checking most of his flatted Ax. Seems like he has to be bluffing with some low PP to be able to call, which is highly unlikely.
